Sealed bids will be received by the Mecosta County Road Commission administrative staff at 120 N. DeKrafft

Ave., Big Rapids, Michigan, 49307 until 9:00 a.m. Wednesday May 29th, 2024.

All bids will be opened at 9:15 am on Wednesday May 29th, 2024.

Further information and specifications can be obtained at the Road Commission Office or by calling 231-796-

2611. Signed bids to be submitted on forms provided by Road Commission where applicable and placed in

sealed envelope, plainly marked as to the item bid upon and the name of bidder.

Award of the lowest responsible bidder is anticipated the week of June 3rd, 2024.

The Mecosta County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any

irregularities in the bidding and to award as determined to be in the best interest of the Mecosta County Road

Commission.
